Coupons issued by Dignified Care 24/7 Limited are available for promotional purposes and may be used by eligible customers as specified in the offer. Each coupon is valid for a limited period and may only be used once unless otherwise stated. Coupons cannot be combined with other discounts, promotional offers, or loyalty rewards unless explicitly mentioned. Customers must ensure that the coupon code is entered correctly at checkout to redeem the offer.
Coupons are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and have no cash value. They cannot be sold, reproduced, or altered in any form. Dignified Care 24/7 Limited reserves the right to verify the validity of any coupon and to refuse redemption if fraud, misuse, or unauthorized distribution is suspected. Misuse of coupon codes may result in the cancellation of the order and suspension of the customer’s account.
Limitations and Exclusions

Expired coupons will not be accepted under any condition.
Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
If a purchase made using a coupon is returned or canceled, the refund will be processed according to our standard return policy. Any refunded amount will exclude the coupon discount value, as coupons are non-refundable and non-reusable once redeemed. If the coupon was tied to a minimum spend, and the refund lowers the order total below that threshold, the coupon value will be deducted from the refund amount.
In cases where an order is partially returned, the discount value will be adjusted proportionally based on the items kept. Dignified Care 24/7 Limited reserves the right to revoke or refuse future coupon eligibility if misuse is detected. By using our coupons, customers agree to these terms and acknowledge that the company’s decision regarding coupon usage, validity, and disputes will be final.
